Family Membership Annual - for $65.00.

Family Membership Monthly - One time 20.00 administration fee, and only $5.25 per month .

Preauthorized Payment Plan is subject to a small annual service fee. A personal, unsigned void cheque for verification purposes will be required. Please call for details.
